Introduction to the technical download archive

The download section does not only contain articles which have been published in Automotive A/C Reporter since 1996. The website also contains Europe's  most complete filling tables for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and trucks which are updated every 3 months. Also more than 300 technical service tips which are related to specific vehicle types. New tips, also additional ones which are not part of the magazine, are added every month.  Please also  enjoy the training program and other technical articles on mobile a/c service.

For workshops there will the new, unique Diagnostic Assistant for Pressure/Temperature related problems in mobile a/c systems. This is a valuable asset in the season when efficient working is of the highest importance! The Assistant allows diagnostic help in over 50 system configurations and let's you chose between systems with fixed displacement compressor, variable compressor and externally controlled ( variable) compressor and expansion valve or orifice tube.Then select your particular pressure/temperature problem and you will find the most likely causes of the problem. All this in only 4 mouse clicks! From March 1st 2010 this section will contain even more information on the backgrounds of certain disturbances and how  repair and prevent them.

A subscription to the website costs € 59,- for AAR subscribers. Non-subscribers pay € 75,-. Access to the Diagnostic Assistant only is available for € 30,-. After receipt of your registration we will send you an invoice.

With the evolution of vehicle a/c system and service  technology, certain technical service subjects have been covered on more than one occasion. For the latest state of the art technology is it therefore recommended to download the youngest AAR edition first. This doesn't necessarily mean however  that the older articles include no additional information of interest!
